Merchant Information

We look forward to partnering with your business and are excited for you to receive our exclusive collection of products for your store. 

In order to maintain the integrity of our brand and the authorized distribution of our products, we ask all merchants interested in purchasing our products at wholesale pricing to fully complete and sign a merchant application. Upon full completion of the application, merchants will then be invited to establish a merchant account. Every merchant with an established account will have access to the wholesale pricing and authorization to order our products. 

As part of each application, each merchant will be required to accept and comply to three specific agreements in order to maintain brand integrity, promote fair competition, and ensure consistent pricing of all THE CHILDREN’S CROSS COMPANY products. Those specific agreements are: 

1. MINIMUM ADVERTISED & ACCEPTED PRICING (MAAP) AGREEMENT 

Retailer agrees not to advertise, promote, offer for sale, or sell any products supplied by THE CHILDREN’S CROSS COMPANY at a price lower than the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) designated by THE CHILDEREN’S CROSS COMPANY. 

2. THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE RESTRICTION 

Retailer agrees that it shall not, directly or indirectly, list, advertise, market, or sell any product of THE CHILDREN’S CROSS COMPANY on any third-party online marketplace or platform, including but not limited to Amazon.com, eBay.com, Poshmark.com or any other similar website or online resale platform. 

3. PACKAGING AND MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY 

Retailer acknowledges and agrees that all products from THE CHILDREN’S CROSS COMPANY are sold exclusively in bulk packages of six (6) individual units per package. 

Retailer agrees that the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is three (3) bulk packages per order (that equates to a total of eighteen (18) individual units). 

If the merchant / retailer fails to comply with any of the terms, conditions, or policies set forth in the listed agreements within this wholesale application, THE CHILDEREN’S CROSS COMPANY reserves the right to immediately terminate the merchant’s wholesale account and/or refuse future orders. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Processing:

• We currently only ship within the continental United States. 

• All orders are processed and shipped from Reisterstown, MD during normal business hours. 

• Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. 

• Tracking information will be emailed after each customer order has been processed. 

Please provide accurate shipping address info (including apt. and/or suite number) to ensure proper delivery and to avoid shipping delays. A $24 address correction charge may be applied to your credit card for any redirected packages (due to incorrect addresses). Note: This charge is issued by the freight carriers and not an expense we charge. 

• THE CHILDREN’S CROSS COMPANY is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages and cannot be responsible for delays once the merchandise is in the hands of the chosen common carrier. 

Pricing: 

• Rates are based on weight, size of boxes, number of boxes and where the shipment is going geographically. 

• We utilize and ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. 

• The customer shipping charge will be calculated and provided at the checkout of the online order. 

Damaged or Missing Items: 

• THE CHILDREN’S CROSS COMPANY uses exceptional packaging and makes every effort to assure your order is delivered intact and undamaged. However, if something does arrive damaged or defective, please retain all the original packaging material. 

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an item that is damaged, defective, missing, or you have received the wrong item, please report it to us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Email us your issue with the order and include: (1) Your order number. (2) Pictures of the box that the products were delivered in. (3) An actual picture of the damaged item. We will then reach out to you within 1-2 business days to resolve the issue. 

• We cannot honor any claims of damaged, defective or missing merchandise after 2 business days following the receipt of your order.
